Elicit Brewing Meetup Friday – 6:00 PM

An informal get together will be held at Elicit Brewing. There will be food and perhaps a drink ticket. A donation of about $10 will be accepted. You will get that back in what we’ll have available. Elicit Brewing is a modern brew pub with a creative and eclectic menu. This is our third time at Elicit and it has gotten better over the years..
Saturday, October 17
Manchester High School Cafeteria – 9:00 AM
Breakfast of Champions! The bell rings at 9:00 AM in the high school cafeteria: continental breakfast in the high school cafeteria followed by a tour of the high school. We will be given a tour by current students. Last time it was fun and the students will have questions for us as well. The tour will begin no earlier than 10:00 AM.
Case Mountain Cabin – 11:30 AM
There is a strong effort to restore the Case Mountain Cabin. The group is known as Save The Cabin. There will be an open house there on Saturday beginning at 11:30am. After breakfast at MHS those interested can head over. Find out more about Save The Cabin by clicking the link below.
8-Ball Pool Tournament – 2:00 PM

Buckland Billiards will be the site for an 8-ball tournament.
We are hosting an 8-ball tournament again this reunion. It is going to be a single elimination tournament where in most cases you need luck to win and not just skill. Once eliminated you can then play your friends for fun on other tables.

This is a sponsored event and is free of charge…while supplies last.
We return to Elicit Brewing for this event of food, drink, socializing, football, and some music/performance by classmates. Classmates Larry Willey and Phil Spillane will provide some entertainment in the style of a blues jame. We will have lunch provided at 1:00 PM. Elicit Brewing is a modern brew pub with a good menu. It’s an informal event from start to finish.
Monday, October 19
Fall Foliage Bicycle Ride – 10:00 AM

This was a fun time in 2015 and 2022 at our reunions then. We will take the Hop River Bike Trail out to Bolton Notch and back. The ride begins in Manchester at the parking lot trail head at the intersection of Parker Street and Colonial Road. Total mileage is about 13 miles. Easy and at a leisurely pace.
Shady Glen Lunch Glen Lunch – 12:30 PM

Following our bike ride we’ll pack up our bikes and go to Shady Glen for lunch. Last time we did this we ordered takeout and sat outside. Weather permitting we’ll do this again. If you don’t go on the bike ride please join us for lunch.
Unscheduled Events and Activities Suggested and Considered
Manchester Historical Society – in the past we’ve visited the Manchester Historical Society. In fact they opened up just for us. It included a tour of their facilities in one of the mills. In the past we did this on Sunday afternnoon but we have the Elicit Brewing meetup scheduled this time.
